Nature of Services

Globe Communication provides digital, cloud-based, and usage-driven services including:
Bulk SMS and OTP Services
WhatsApp Business API
Google RCS Messaging
IVR, Voice, and AI Bot Solutions
Software Platforms, Panels, and APIs

As these services involve real-time processing, telecom usage, and third-party integrations, certain limitations apply to cancellations and refunds.

Order Confirmation and Activation

All orders are considered final once payment is completed and service activation, configuration, or credit allocation has started.
In most cases, services are activated immediately or within a defined setup period after payment confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not allowed once a service is activated or credits are added to the account.
Cancellation requests made before activation may be considered on a case-to-case basis and may be subject to administrative or operational charges.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email to the official support channel.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not applicable for:
Used or partially used message credits (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Voice, etc.)
Setup fees, onboarding fees, and API integration charges
Subscription fees, license fees, or renewal payments
Service delays caused by client-side issues, compliance delays, or third-party dependencies

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Payment was made but service activation did not occur due to a technical issue solely caused by Globe Communication
Duplicate payment was made for the same service

All refunds, if approved, will be processed only after internal verification.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
Refunds will be credited only to the original mode of payment.
Taxes, payment gateway charges, and third-party costs are non-refundable.

Service Downtime and Performance

Temporary service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or third-party network issues do not qualify for refunds.
Globe Communication will make reasonable efforts to restore services as quickly as possible.

Compliance and Regulatory Delays

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:
DLT registration issues
WhatsApp Business verification delays
Incorrect, incomplete, or delayed document submission by the client
Regulatory changes imposed by telecom operators or government authorities

Modifications to Services

Unused balances or services cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into cash.
Service upgrades or plan changes may be allowed based on prevailing terms and conditions.

Policy Updates

Globe Communication reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
